David began his real estate career in the early 1980’s as a real estate appraiser and analyst. Today, he owns and operates Pruhs Real Estate Group.
David served two terms on the Fairbanks City Council, as well as serving on the Alaska Real Estate Commission, the FNSB Planning Commission, the Board of Equalization, and the Board of Fairbanks Neighborhood Housing.
David is a gourmet cook, and founded the Alaska Bar-B-Q Association in 20xx. He is the current host of KFAR's "Problem Corner" and has a new radio program called "Fairbanks Foodies".
David is deeply involved in the community. In the early 2000’s he founded the Clay Street Cemetery Commission. In recent years, David founded the Polaris Group to remove the blighted Polaris Building from Downtown Fairbanks.
His favorite thing to do is walk Creamers Field with his Dalmatian, Berlin.
